you can sit here and tell me to get over it, and nope i didnt think i had a chance, but considering it was truely a set up, then ya im going to be pissed about it, especially since there were probably millions of dollars lost on this game on the people who took pittsburgh, so i feel i have plenty right to say as i feel, so dont ask me what the difference is, because there is a huge difference
I had SD and yes, I DID think Pittsburgh could score there because the Chargers did the same thing on the kickoff return. I thought they had a chance to fumble there on the next play if they continued to lateral and sure enough they did.
There was no forward pass. The TD should have counted.

This is why Pittsburgh couldn't decline the penalty, as it is on the offense on the last play of the game. If they rule there was an illegal forward pass (which was the call upon review), then the play doesn't count and the game is over.
