But what was the halftime score of UB-Mizzou? Buffalo's better than you think. The problem for me is that Pitt beat Syracuse just 20-17 at home last year in a game with no turnovers. It was a sandwich between, I believe, UL and Rutgers, and this year Pitt has USF on deck, so SU won't get their full attention this time either.
Also, the firing of Robinson might just get the Cuse to play its best game in several years.
I cannot support a laying 15 points. Syracuse's defense is very bad, but the offense stats wise is equal to Pitts. My stat's progam uses 3 different math comparisons to project the final scores, along with 2 different match-up's, this is what I show:

i have watched syracuse all year, i have bet against them all year and what does that give me 3-0 ats. The firing of robinson is coming, i am from syracuse and football is syracuse this year is a joke, i expect pitt to turn the corner in this game since all syracuse will do is run the ball since the quarterback is only playing in his 4th career start for syracuse. syracuse's defense is the worst in nation. you can call this a sucker play but to all of you who take syracuse that is the sucker play. barely getting by a 1 aa team, i mean come on syracuse last year was 3-8 against the spread, games they cover pitt, louisville and buffalo. this pitt team has been hyped up all year and what have they got to show for it, nothing. this will be the coming out party for pitt and davey w, a cream puff to blow out and show they are legit this year in the big east, i predict a 17 to 21 point win and a cover. its just like all the haters were out there for the monday night play i released on 2 days. i got chewed out on here for that, what happened hit the san diego -8 and the over parlay as well as the teaser i posted. you can hate the play all you want but this game will be a pitt cover. after going out in syracuse last week and seeing all the football players, the season is canned for them and they know it. just from talking to a few. the ship is sinking fast and its not just robinson going down alone. im going to stand by my play for this week and if they cover you will not see me n here bragging i told you so or if it loses crying to all you guys.

one other negative (as if there aren't enough already) to avoid Pitt is they have a short week on tap as they must travel to South Florida for a Thursday night game next week
btw, why must people be "haters" just because they don't agree with you? I'm a Pitt season tix holder and there's nothing more that I'd like to see than for them to drub the cuse (well, other than Bama beating Georgia). We're just pointing out legit reasons why laying 15 points in this spot may not be the best idea. Personally, I hope you win but I'm like every other Pitt fan...bitter and skeptical
