I'd go with rip over 16.5. Hes not scoring as many points as he use to because of iverson's offensive ability but he could still be their main scoring option on any given night. He went 0-8 vs the celtics last game but that was only his 2nd game playing with allen iverson. He could be geared to redeem himself in a rematch. In the last 10 vs the c's he avgs 19. Also I always like an over when the player is the teams best ft shooter. Hes probably going to be given a point or two off of techs or defensive 3 seconds. Just think asking rip to score 17 is a good bet vs any team. Just got to hope he does it.
