Pirate makes another of his big lies, he says that he received advance payment in Xavier's game because they was up at the firts half 18 points...he said that bet365 pays him if his team is winning by 18 points in college .....a lie the promotion is for the NBA...and he has to be winning by 20 points, it also applies to hockey and soccer...by saying that he was paid we realize that he never bets on his games
The question would be did he state this before the bet. Remember it is irrelevant if the poster wins what matters is if who follows does. The whole point of posting is the benefit of others especially if he is selling his picks or whatever he is doing. This is why it matters for people to put out the line at the time of betting.
