I have several winning props on yesterdays playoff games that still have not been graded. I have e-mailed them half a dozen times since yest with requests to grade them along with the details, and they haven't even bothered to respond, much less grade the wagers as they were supposed to. What the hell happened to those guys :icon_conf

They never respond...everything is canned with them when ou do get a response. But I will still take my chances with them over about 95% Of the other books

They own the online gambling industry and they know it! Good or bad Customer Service doesn't matter, they are one of the few trusted books out there, and they can get by with little or no Customer Service at all.

saying pinnacle's customer service has 'gone downhill' means that at some point, they were 'uphill'.

their customer service has never been good.

but its unlikely to change anytime soon because they really dont need to change it. all you read on the 'net are threads that say "their customer service is terrible, but their lines are good so i guess ill deal with it" or "their customer service is terrible but they pay me so i guess ill deal with it".

ive always felt they are definitely one of the better books out there. no doubt theyre in the top 5 or 6. but i just shake my head when you see people starting threads about how pinnacle is the best book on the net by far. they have a lot of flaws but they are unlikely to improve on those flaws because so many people apparently feel that saving a few bucks on a bet is a fair exchange.

finally a thread on here about pinnacle that is not sucking them off for being the god send of all offshore books. Every time somebody has the balls to say anything about them they get bombarded with all the same bullshit defensive responses, just like I am sure there are about to be on here now.

had a season long regge bush under 1k rushing yards prop that i thought they would forget about, but they graded it in timely fashion, so im sure yours will be too.

probably by tomorrow.

'being patient' means waiting a few hours.
not a day and a half for a bet to be graded. that is beyond ridiculous.
no excuse for a big time book to be that slow, considering they take your money instantly when you place a bet.

Why not just call them? Quite a few people on the RX have their #, don't they? If not, I'll post it. I figured you have it...you're a baller.

I've only ever called 'em like one, forget what for...don't remember how their customer service was.

When you call, they are totally unresponsive. The phone rep will just tell you to send it in via e-mail.

I think they've outgrown themselves.

Sent 2 different Emails : ATNN BRIDGETTE (CS Manager) and all I got were canned responses....called on the phone and was "she is unavailable"... can I leave a message? "Sorry No"


Still use them 85% of the time and they are still the best, just a little frustrating at times. To their credit their is RARELY a problem.
