I experienced an error early when trying to place a bet - only showed up once you did the final confirm, and my screen said the error was being sent to Pinnacle. They obviously had some kind of technical difficulty and got it fixed - though the error wasn't the same (I forget what exactly it was), it happened at the same location and around the same time. Just fyi.

That was a DB error on Pinnacle's side.

Does anybody else feel that "busted", while etymologically OK is not really the best choice of words for this headline? Nearly soiled myself when I first saw the headline. "Down", "Broken", "Malfunctioning" all could have prevented an increase in my laundry bill.

Good point.

They should have said, "Call the exterminator! Pinnacle's site is a bug-alopolis"

One couldn't place bets online for around an hour so. They didn't lift their online limits either during that time.

The site is working again. The lines moved a little, but at least I was able to get my wagers in at all.

His heading could have been worse, could have just said Pinnacle must be busted and that would have caused an incredible uproar...
