pinnacle

I have e-mailed pinnacle twice the past two days and no reply. Anyone else having problems with pinnacle?

General- I knew the phone # would get edited but that's fine. Pinnacle is a solid book, no question. I still haven't been able to figure out why so many people on this forum want to annoint them as the second coming. Their customer service is below average, at best. They put up very few props. They hate taking phone calls on customer service questions and they make it very difficult to make phone wagers. An average book.

THAT IS A GOOD QUESTION....

I REALIZE PINNACLE IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST AND BEST OUT THERE, BUT WHY DO THEY NOT WANT PHONE CALLS?

DOESNT REALLY MAKE SENSE.......I MEAN U WANT CUSTOMERS, THAT IS THE WHOLE POINT, WHY WOULD U NOT DO WHAT U CAN TO GET THEM?

Attn RX moderators: STOP being the errand boys for Pinnacle.Some posters have legitimate reasons for wanting to contact Pinnacle. Why refuse to post their number, because the creeps at Pinnacle do not want to be bothered. Whose side are you on,anyway?

If anyone ever needs their number, after emailing them first of course, you can write the General and he will give it to you or you can write me. They just don't want it public because they think they will have to field calls that could easily be handled my email.

btw, I'm certainly no fan of that policy if anyone out there is keeping score.

The main reason I have as of yet, not signed up with Pinnacle is my worry of customer service. I still think I will this football season, but it is a worry for sure.

You can put your worries to rest. Pinnacle is a must have out only if for baseball totals.
