British polled at roughly 70-30 hoping Kerry is elected. They are BIG Anti-Bush but still have a highly favorable view of Americans in general. If we put Bush back in office, I think much of the world will see Americans as the problem, not simply the President of one stolen election.
At the very least, the CIA will preserve this one for Americans...and Kerry.
