Dear Customers.
We have been receiving various reports from customers. So far, all complaints have been related to individuals using AOL.
All the people that I personally know in North-America can get to our site without any problems (but none of them use AOL, very few techies ever use it). We have installed a computer with AOL and were able to get to our site properly without any significant delay. Since we have not found the problem we can't claim with 100% certainty that the problem is AOL related so we're also exploring other avenues.
For those who have experienced this problem please email me,
beta@pinnaclesports.com. Please include a phone number where I can reach you. I will not call everyone that emails me but I will certainly call some of them until I find a solution to this problem.
In the email, please indicate your IP, customer number and, if you are an AOL customer, which version of AOL you are using. For those who don't have answers to these questions I'll be able to get it from our web server logs if you provide me with your customer ID and were able to login from the computer causing you problems.
