Pinnacle Reputation

I have been using V-Wager with much satisfaction for 4 years now, and will continue to but I am also looking to deposit into a book WITHOUT a casino side (my disicpline is good w/ sports, but theres something about that damn craps table!) In a previous topic, someone mentioned Pinnacle. Can anyone give me some input from personal experience with Pinnacle. Safe bet?

I have been playing there long before I was a mod here at The Rx. (don't want to sound like a schill), and they get at least 80% of my play. All on-line with very easy to use soft-ware, and I really can't recall any kind of problem.

Worryingly I have never seen any actual information as to the PROFITS these guys make.

It is certainly true that they have great limits, great line value and if you are opening a new account I think you will even get a bonus.

Judging by the amount of action that they book the fact that there is rarely anyone with a bad word to say about them says it all really.

The only complaint I have seen voiced is that it is not possible to speak to anyone as they do all their customer service through e-mail.

I personally rate them in my top5. I would like to see some info. on their actual profits to say I feel totally safe there but everyone who is in the know with inside info. seems very confident that they are making large profits though.

sherman- Pinnacle is very solid. They are a very sharp book though. I really respect their lines. When their number is a bit off from everyone elses, I take a moment and look closer at the game.

The only drawback with Pinnacle as other posters have mentioned is their phone service sucks. They prefer you bet on line and communicate through e-mail. You can bet over the phone but the vig is different and there's certain things you can't bet over the phone. I'm not exactly sure what you can and can't bet over the phone but I know they don't take soccer bets over the phone.

They're big and good and they know it so they run their operation how they want and don't particurlaly care whether the bettor likes it or not. Let's put it this way, they don't have a suggestion box.

I will never learn to understand why some people are so reluctant to do a search....
People in here are very nice and helpful so they answer you, but you could get all the information you want, just by doing a simple search.
