Well I made a post about this last year, so I might as well make another one. Why does pinnacle not give you reduced odds on parlays??

I mean, for a parlay only better, they are NOT the book to be at! Parlays in football and basketball are at -110 or worse.

Not that brings me to another thing that is PISSING me off at pinnacle the past 5 days.

I cant parlay the under with the yankees today in the same game! I also couldnt do that with other games this week. I know that there is a SLIGHT connection between the two, but in Vegas you can combine the 2! Most times in the NFL I cant do the same thing as well!!

Does anyone else get pissed off that pinnacle wont allow someone to parlay the total with a team in the same parlay? Well that being the same game

I agree. Who cares what two things you hook up???

If you could bet it straight you should be able to hook it up.

Pinny used be good but has gone from the penthouse to the outhouse in a heartbeat and one of the worst books in my opinion. They have more problems then you can shake a stick at but here are a few for starters:

1) They don't allow Western Union and even when Pinny did they wouldn't pick up any of the W.U. fees like most books do.

2) They grade plays slower then anyone I've ever seen. One time it took over 12 hrs. and I couldn't play any college afternoon or night games.

3) They don't offer any bonuses like most books.

4) Cost $115 to win $100 on single wagers.

5) They want you to email them with any customer service questions instead of having a few 800 numbers to call like most books.

6) Ahhhh.....forget it...why go on....they suck!

With exception of the last several weeks, they DO allow W.U. and have always picked up my fees. W.U. is back up now btw.

2) They grade plays slower then anyone I've ever seen. One time it took over 12 hrs. and I couldn't play any college afternoon or night games.

I haven't had a book that grades games faster. Quarter bets are graded between commercials and a line is usually up for the next quarter in that time. Props are graded as soon as they finish, and not when the game is over as a lot of books do. My Ichiro prop was graded when he broke the record (still in game) and not at the end of the season. Same goes for my Yankess win division bet. The only slow graders I have seen are the tennis wagers. They usually take 10 minutes. I don't know where you get this crap.

3) They don't offer any bonuses like most books.

They DO offer bonuses when you sign up. They just don't have re-up bonuses. They have reduced odds instead.

4) Cost $115 to win $100 on single wagers.

Where do you get this crap? They have reduced odds all almost every bet. You do not pay $115 to win $100 on anything unless the odds going the other way are +107 or somthing similar - in which case, who cares?

5) They want you to email them with any customer service questions instead of having a few 800 numbers to call like most books.

That allows them to offer better odds and payouts. Why complain? They have answered every email I have sent almost immediately. It has never been a problem.

6) Ahhhh.....forget it...why go on....they suck!

You are an idiot.

I was just saying that for 80% of the squares out there, this is not the book for them. They will not get return on their deposit without a reup bonus or without the reduced odds on parlays!

The western union thing does suck as well

5% JUICE is HUGE. I really don't think some of you understand just how big that is. No other sports book can compete with Pinny with this amount of reduced vigorish. That by itself should tell even the "square" just HOW VALUABLE 5% juice really is...

Also ,for me personally, some plays that are borderline bets or marginal become a play because of the lower juice...

My 2 cents...

It just takes some longer to get it than others. If you are not happy with a book, get the hell out of there. If you don't understand the vig savings over the longterm, then seek to learn.

Couldn't agree more. I got the hell out while I still had some clothes left on my back a couple weeks ago. Bromox is a dumbas* who will learn the hard way.

Yeah, I am a ******* for using the best line out there. And there are often games where Pinnacle has a better line for both the dog AND favorite. Imagine that. But you just keep shopping elsewhere. By the way, I see you didn't even mention anything of the previous things you listed (ie. WU, grading, etc.) - because you are dead wrong.

OH, and general was speaking out AGAINST your dumb ass and you dont even realize it. ROFLMAO. I think you should take his advice to learn about the benefits of reduced juice or quit gambling. Those who dont use Pinnacles reduced numbers as one of several outs to use are being foolish.

Better to be thought an idiot than to open your mouth and prove it.

SHRINK, we were just talking about not getting reduced juice for parlays here, not straight bets.

Hell I still have money in pinnacle and use them for straight bets and parlays when the line is nice. I was just referring to squares who like to parlay alot.

Most books still allow a 2 team parlay with the total and side, but not pinnacle on most games
