Last night, during halftime of the Boise State/Fresno State game, with Fresno State up 27-7, I was watching the dynamic lines at Pinnacle looking to make a second half play. When the moneyline on Boise State hit +180, I made a play. I continued to watch the lines and about 10 minutes into halftime, the dynamic line on the moneyline changed to red as shown below:
Boise State: +162
Fresno State: +190
This was an obvious bad line on Fresno State and in less then 60 seconds was corrected to -190. With Pinnacle communication is mostly through e-mail although their is a phone number but the juice lines move so fast during halftime, I figured it would be changed rapidly which it was and as it turned out it did not matter anyway as the second half score was 0-0.
The reason I am mentioning this is because I believe I have read many times on this forum that Pinnacle's lines are all computerized and adjusted based on the money coming in on either side. If this were so, how could a computer change a - to a + and then correct it shortly thereafter. Just wondered if anyone else ever experience something like this at Pinnacle.
