The wager was made at 2:54 PST..the race went off at 3:18 PST...there should be no issue with past posting here should there??

I think 3 mins before is the limit. I know there was a DQ in this race, maybe that screwed them up..

Sure did, they said they are "researching it". I can't imagine for the life of me what reason they would have to cancel it though, we are talking about 430 bux that should be in my account right now more than it is.

Don't sweat it....it's the "slow season Sat pm flunkies" who don't know how to (or don't have the rights to) fix it.

It will be fixed in the AM at the latest.

this is probably one of those cases where the player should give the book at least a few hours to straighten out the problem before coming in here and posting. imo.

I have to agree with you LOL It just took me by total surprise, i got back from dinner to check my balance and i knew it was off. Pinnacle is the finest booki have ever dealt with so this kind of mistake is just really out of character for them. I will let everyone know the outcome.

Ok, here is their responce, and they are TOTALLY wrong..

Dear Pinnacle Sports Client,

Thank you for your email regarding horse grading policies at Pinnacle Sports.

After carefully reviewing both Equibase and Brisnet databases for horse races we find that the official start time of the race was
2:18 PT.

As stated on our site under Wagering Information / Horse Rules, three complete minutes, including seconds, are added to all
horse wager times.

The race went off at 3:18 PT, as verified by Brisnet AND Equibase..

DO i have a case? Can anyone else verify that I am right, I mean I know i am casue i made the wager THEN watched the race, but just for piece of mind..

equibase shows a start time of 5:18. not sure which time zone that is though.

Its Central..Arlington Park is in Illinois which is all central time, I should know, have lived here all my life.

And that is the correct off time. I watched the race.

Not that it helps you now but there are better places to bet horses that take up to post

You have a stone lock case. There is no way once supervisory personnel see this matter that it will not be corrected. The race ran at 5:18 Central which is 3:18 Pacific, your ticket clearly states you made your bet at 2:54 Pacific. This is a total no=brainer. My advice is just have a little patience and you will get your credit.

I can't believe they actually looked in the matter and sent that explanation. Brock, you are 100 percent right...race went off at 5:18 CT, which is 3:18 PT (I'm in Vegas and watched it live, too).
I think TTinCO called it right...probably giving their regulars a Saturday off or vacation (maybe they're all in Vegas for the RX party) before regular season starts.
Bring it up with management...but it sucks that you're even having to deal with this.

Thanks guys..

Still no answer tonight, will expect something in the morning. Not that i need the cash to pay the mortgage this month or anything, clearly everyone can see this is a matter of principle. I am sure someone with an IQ over 15 will see the mistake and fix it.

Hell of a winner too, anyone hear if Stevens is ok??

You'll get paid but I am surprised Pinnacle could be so retarded. A player e-mails them to notify them of a mistake and they can't seem to figure it out. What kind of horse action do they get? They must of cancelled a bunch of bets. How many loser bets did they cancel? Probably not one shit head called to tell them!!
