they did it to me early this year.... here is the email>>>>
my email to them
You guys canceled my chargers play last saturday night.. I called 4 times and asked why it was canceled and got the same response it was graded no action, the funds were put back into my account.. I then assumed it was canceled myself. Then way after the game was final it was put back in the system as a loss. I don't understand how you guys can cancel a play then when it loses you decide to put it back into the system. If I knew, I still had action on this game, I would have bet on the 2nd half of the game when they were trailing, so I could get some of my money back on the game, but thinking I had no action on the game I didn't play the 2nd half. Now YOU SEE WHAT YOU PEOPLE DID .... YOU COST ME MONEY!!!! Look why don't you refund me half the bet back? That is the least you guys can do... I could of played the funds that were put back in the account from the chargers play but I didn't. I hope you can see what the error cost me? Thanks again
their response
Your wager on the Chargers was not cancelled, but was graded in error during the third quarter.
Upon reviewing the tapes of your calls, we notice you asked why the game was graded since it was not over yet. Our clerk advised you they do not know the reason but you should contact our Customer Service Department.
As states under our Wagering Rule 4: Wagers are graded only after the contest is final.
For this reason, the game was ungraded. During this process, all client wagers on the event appear as "canceled" for a moment. All clients who checked their accounts via the internet or phone were provided with the same information you were.
Pinnacle Sports does not cancel wagers on a game when it is in progress. This type of practice would not be tolerated by our clients.
We are sure you, as did our other clients who asked, can understand that when there is an error in grading an event, that error must be corrected.
