if Pinnacle or some other top flight offshore book chooses to take away this type of betting option from their menu (obviously that is the right of their Bookmakers and owners) they must be doing so recognizing that it gave the player (or some types of players) an advantage on them (in this case the same game baseball parlay).
Can they then argue that these wagers were never meant to be allowed and go back and cancel a players previous graded plays claiming some unfair advantage? Or would they honor all the wagers made and graded over the months and just make the internal decision not to offer a certain type of parlay combination anymore? (ie make that adjustment for the future). Could a player who lost money trying those type of wagers (figuring they had some decent system going) make a case to the book they should not have been there in the first place, would have not been paid once the system was figured out, and get a refund?
