- Travel - Oregon crossing the country west to east always the more troubling time change , having just exerted themselves thrus-fri-sat in a conf tournament (a tournament they had to win btw to make the big dance) they wait till Sunday night to find out where they are going , fly on a Monday with 2 days of practice and acclimation for a major challenge on Thursday
- S. Carolina a major underrated team. To me the SEC is the cream of the crop in college sports whether football or basketball they consistently turn out a deep wealth of talent and schools.. the gamecocks have quietly been the most sound team in the conference .. going 26-7 and 13-5 in conf play , including 12 games against tournament teams. This team is majorly overlooked and playing with the kind of chip on the shoulder that can take a team like this on a deep march run
- The 3rd is the most valuable piece of information
and is exactly why our bet is the gamecock team in the 1st half … Oregon who once again is playing on short rest, in a major time zone change, playing in the middle of the afternoon is only 19-13-2 ats in the 1st half …. And the Well rested Gamecocks making the short flight up to Pittsburgh is an Outstanding 25-8 in the 1st half !!
