Well, I was trying to poll, but didn't work out. I'm leaning toward the Phillies tonight...kinds like the unders too.

Any thoughts on this game?

I don't see anything that favors ZONA in this game. The line is a mystery to me, I thought it would be much higher

Something is fishy here. Big difference in pitching, and the totals seem kind of high. Maybe Vegas is thinking there is a good change of Happ getting knocked around a little tonight

The story goes like this:

Ballcoach sees a first place team playing a last place team, even tho it's in Zona, and goes huge on Philly. Anything better than -200ML on Philly and he jumps on it.

Once Philly allows a 3run 7th or something and Dbacks take it, he is gonna explode with a rant about how he hates and can't understand baseball.

Isn't there some mantra that the perfect trap game is a road fav who people feel is undervalued?

That being said, if you don't believe in the existence of trap games, Philly is going for a road sweep tonight, which is pretty tough to do. I think the Nationals have a .600+ record in games where they face getting swept at home. Not sure about the DBacks tho.

Yea, Victorino and Philly are hitting well, but DBacks only had services of Haren for what? 5 innings last nite? and still only lost by 1run.

obviously expecting the unexpected and blindly fading public.. Only reason to bet Zona.

Come on now. Someone knows something we don't know. Happ against Petit at that price? I may be wrong but something smells fishy...so I took Zona based off instinct.

Or maybe this is the exact reason the line is priced like this... If Philly was
-210 or greater there may be a statistic that show oddsmakers that the public would be more inclined to load on Philly (probably the RL), and at this price it puts doubt in the mind's of the bettors to question their decision on this so-called 'fishy line.'

It's all speculation, only the game will tell... I, for one, will NOT be on Arizona!

yup you nailed it!!!^^:) first of all philly is the best road team in the majors genius. secondly Arizona is not a last place team. Thirdly Arizona sucks cock at home they are 10 games under 500. You want more? OK Zonas pitcher should be in the minors while phillies pitcher is 7-1 with a era under 3. Goodnight and goodluck

Gents, I do agree with Arizona backers. I don't believe in "trap games" but when things do not make since and seem ridiculous at first glance there is always a reason behind it we are all probably unaware of.

I am jumping aboard with Arizona backers. You can believe if this line was as ridiculous as it seems it would have moved in exponential increments courtesy of the sharps...it has slowly made its way up by the public whittling away at it for two days.

ARIZONA +156 10 units for me If I win great, If I lose...well I've been a pigeon before!! GLT you all
