I took the Eagles -9 early but I am having second thoughts. If it was Phil -7, I wouldn't think twice but I just have a bad feeling about this one. As much as I think 4-2 Falcons are so overrated it's not funny, I wonder if the public thinks the same.

After the Falcons miracle win over the Bears 2 weeks ago, I was ready to mortgage my house vs Atl, no matter what the spread was. But now, I just don't know.

The game is in Philly, Westbrook is back. But is this a trap?...

I really liked Phili too but was very dissapointed with this line. obviously the linesmakers don't respect Atlanta and still treating them as a bottomfeeder despite being 4-2.

Philly is a very overrated team. Public thinks they're a top team, when they are nowhere close to teams like dallas, tampa bay, giants, washington and green bay. I don't think Atlanta is overrated. They are not really a 4-2 team, but the public doesn't see them as a good team. New Orleans is 3-4, but they would be favored over atlanta on a neutral field and the public would hammer NO, so to me atl isn't overrated by the public. If anything they could be underrated.

I would play Philly here though because I just don't see Atlanta scoring much here. Philly has a good run defense and will make Ryan beat them. Johnson will also put the pressure on all game, and if Ryan can't adjust to the blitz and hit quick slants, screens or get good pass protection to give him time to beat the blitz this could be a long game for atl. I think this could easily turn into a 31-10 type of game. Ryan is very smart though and is agile enough to sidestep a few blitzes and I could see him making a few big plays. Also watch for a big Turner run if they send a blitz and he's able to get by it because he could easily pull off a long TD run in this game that could screw a cover.

Money pretty split on this one - in fact Atlanta getting some love from the public on this one. Pretty rare for a sizeable underdog to get this much action but Atlanta has caught the attention of the bettors lately. I think Philadelphia rolls but who knows.

Philly is 7-2 ATS after a bye under Andy Reid, they are getting some playmakers back on offense, and 2 weeks is plenty of time for Jim Johnson to come up with a scheme to fuck w/ the rookie QB. Philly rolls in this one, Ryan will look like a rookie......just my 2 cents..GL
