Why is this line so low on Philly?

Both pitchers have been hot and cold.

Kendrick worse, but he is 3-0 Lifetime vs braves. Atlanta is bad road team. Philly is 8-1 vs ATL this year

Thought this line would be higher.

Maybe Vegas knows that Chipper is out for sure, just a thought.....Me I'm on Philly because I think Atlanta is a garbage team :lolBIG:
