Phil's Power Sweep hit the last 16 of 20 bowl picks - 80% winners. As some of you know, he sends out the 30+ page issue before the start of the bowl season.

I'm not one one who normally follows a tout, but I had a very rough start to the bowl season (0-8) , and lost a little confidence in my own picks. I'm sure some of you know where I'm coming from. Here's what Phil has the rest of the way.

Kentucky - 2 Star
Alabama - 2 Star
Connecticut - 2 Star
Ohio State - 3 Star
Tulsa - 3 Star
Florida - 4 Star
