I am surprised the other Philly schools can't recruit better. There might be better programs out there, but hard to beat being a college baller in Philly. All those rivalries with schools so close you could ride a bike between them (although its obviously not a very wise move to ride a bike between lets say Penn/Drexel and Nova) and all those cozy gyms they play in. No football programs to take your glory either. If you are the team MVP, you are the biggest man on campus. I would think only Penn wouldn't get top notch players all the time for the obvious reason.
