Phaedrus Makes a Turkey Play

Dallas has a strong home record and Griese sucks, but Miami has a good road record (granted, not against the best of teams) and the whole world seems to be on Dallas minus the points, even trying to push it up to 4 or higher.

One small contrarian play on the dog, please. Not exactly a professional analysis, but I think that at +150 and change this play has value.

I don't really understand completely your reasoning but you should be happy to know Fiedler is starting at quarterback. If you liked them with Griese, you should love them with Fiedler. I like Miami here also. Good luck.

I just think it's a good value at over +150.

Miami has a strong defence and a good road record. That combined with Fielder starting just makes it a small play for the plus money for me.

I appreciate the thanks, but Miami blowing Dallas out of the water says zip about my ability to handicap, and I would be lying if I said otherwise. I took the bet thinking that Miami's strong D would give them an edge on keeping it close, and that a win would be the result of a random td or a couple of well-timed field goals; enough of a chance to make +152 a valuable price for a small play.

Even when I win, I'm wrong.
