And how did all these NFL "insiders" that all the networks have not pick up on this the past five weeks. Way to go Adam Scheffer. A day after the game Mr Know-it-all" comes up with it.

Broncos should be slapped with a huge fine for not having this on their injury report.

I agree also and have had numerous debates on it this week at work. I think either a fine or lower their drafting order. And to the person that said they did nothing wrong...sorry, unless it was mentioned he had a torn quad in that "probable" rating, they hid it. Essentially, it's like someone trading with insider information on the market. Why they look the other way on Manning is simply because he's a superstar in the league, but stunts like that, if done on an ongoing basis, will hurt their viewership. I think it's more than obvious why there's an injury report.

lol Peyton looked horrific the past 2 months, even against my trashy raiders he looked terrible. Couldn't even throw a TD v. our freshly signed off the streets defense. Sad. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see he was damaged goods for a long time now

Actually Peyton handed the ball off the past 2 months. So no, a rocket scientist wouldn't have noticed it, nor would anyone else. It simply appeared they were working on their run game to get ready for the playoffs. Did you make any posts stating as much prior to that? It's easy to be the Monday morning QB.

RollTide is absolutely correct. Peyton Manning had a torn labia lol, no doubt about it lol

i really don't want to hear any bull shit about Peyton Manning and a possible injury as an excuse because that is all BS!!!...and the next day John Fox who led the team to the Super Bowl last year and divisional championship this year is fired to make it all look good. Who is shitting who??? John Elway and his money burning Broncos the last six weeks can sell their wolf tickets to someone else. I'm not buying it

Also

Do you remember New England how they opened the season as a money burner and Brady looked like shit every game with this scared look on his face....then all of a sudden a dramatic turnaround and Brady looked like from scared shitless to the worlds greatest QB!!! Interesting quick turnaround...All BS!!!!

The NFL is insulting John Q Public's intelligence....Becoming no different than the WWF/WWE

That comment has little to do with the bigger issue that most of us are addressing. Sorry you can't see that.

you clearly had not been watching the games, he attempted 37 passes against us, and couldn't aim most of the afternoon - he was putrid just over 50% completions against us really sad.

before that he attempted 44 passes against the Bengals, again terrible most of the game, most throws didn't stand a chance, some horrible back footed throws with zero balance (not normal for Peyton). He was without a doubt damaged from the KC game onward, this was not Peyton Manning for damn sure

body4life my post is with all due respect, I watched the KC game wire to wire, v. BUF, @SD, @CIN, v. OAK, v. IND.... it was really sad footage (mostly). There were times he looked great, not sure why he couldn't keep his mechanics more often than not (since they are usually impeccable). One would venture to guess it was because of the quad, but who knows. Either way the film doesn't lie, he was horrific by his standards in all these games and by average NFL QB standards in some of them and for stretches. HOF player who was playing great early on this year, sad, respect Peyton tons.

6 TDs 6 INTs and just barely over 50% completion rate over those games, with lower YPA, and horrible footage. That is not Peyton Manning, no way no how, either you have to believe he fell off a cliff, or he was hurt, or a very long spell of "off" play.
