Notre Dame -1.5 I rode Pen state twice in the playoffs when they were supposed to win. Now it’s time for James Franklin to do what he always does in Big Games when he’s not favored CHOKE ! He screwed up last week but his team was too good and overcame his play calling blunders in 3rd and short . (Along with his OC) They are lot better than ND so this time his in game decisions will cost them the win
