Peterson Trial odds. I thought the scumbag was fried. Now I would bet that the slime will get off!

After looking at all of the facts initially, I thought for sure that Peterson was all done. Now, it seems that the case is so weak that this dirtball will walk just like O.J. I would even wager that he will get off. Horrible justice system when pieces of shit like this can get off because of some b.s. up the sleeves of unethical lawyers.

better to let 100 go free than to put 1 innocent in jail. not saying anyone of the mentioned are innocent but the only reason everyone thinks they are guilty is b/c of the news. had a senator had an affair w/ an intern and she got knocked up or if osama would have been caught then we never would have heard of scott peterson. they (news) speculate so much and everyone sits back and absorbs it as truth. when we may never see all of the facts. personally i'll stick with juries and not cnn

Sad thing is that the juries are comprised of people with such a low intellect. If they were actually smart people who possessed the ability to think on their feet, that would be great. But that is not the case. The majority of these people are influenced by manipulative lawyers who are a lot smarter than most prosecutors.

I was suppose to get 5-1 odds (on whether Peterson got off or not, I said he would) from poster DannyMay but he disapeared on me...I think Peterson walking at 5-1 is not a bad deal...

So, if this case is so weak that this guy will walk....

I haven't followed this case too closely, but what is the solid evidence in this case? Is there any forensic sciences involved here that can establish that he is the guilty party, or is this case being built around witnesses and finger pointing?

If the DA wants this case to stick to anybody in particular then do the scientific work that needs to be done and come up with irrefutable forensic evidence that cannot be explained away by a defense attorney....circumstantial evidence is weak and doesn't prove much guilt.....
