Was really hot before the Superbowl and have lost about 10 dimes since then. Putting together a parlay that will hopefully win me some money back. You should probably fade me as I went 0-5 yesterday.

2 games down with Oklahoma up by 9 at the half. I was gonna hedge my bet, but I wasn't so sure of the outcome of the St. Peters game. Hopefully, OSU can continue to keep Texas A&M down while Kentucky needs a excellent game in front of a tough Gator home crowd.

Just one more half to go! OSU held off Texas A&M who came as close as 4 points in the 2nd half. The last couple of minutes sealed a cover for OSU. With Kentucky up by 4 at the half, I just need a solid effort to cash in. I decided against hedging since the Wildcats looked pretty good in the first half.

Man...it's killing me how I could have hedged my bet, but I got selfish.....

Kentucky playing like crap to start this second half.....down 8 after having been up 4.......

All those warnings about how the Kentucky bench would get worn out really is coming into play.....

Couple that with Florida suddenly getting hot shooting the 3 and I'm getting a really sick feeling in my stomach right now...

Nothing wrong with keeping your original parlay.

It amazes me how many people will take a big parlay, but then they automatically bail once they get to the last game.

If you're gonna bail on the 4th game, why even bother with a 4-game parlay? Why not just bet 3 games?

I just don't understand the logic. "I'm gonna bet a 4-game parlay, but if I'm lucky enough to get the first 3 games, I'm just gonna hedge on the 4th game."

You've still got a shot. Florida is up 9 with 8:41, but I'm sure they're gonna keep jacking up jumpers. If they make them, you're screwed. But if they miss some of them, Kentucky is battle-tested enough to keep it close.

Then again, if I had hedged, I would have still been guaranteed a large payout ($6000) and I would be stress free watching this game!

Although $12,000 sounds nice, I think that unless the game was clearly in hand, I should have gone with the less stressful $6000 payout. At least I would have something to show for hitting 3 out of 4!

I think I gave myself an ulcer with that game. I left the room when they were down 9 and then came back to see them down by only 5. I then left and came back to see them down 3. Continued to do it (since it seemed to work) and came back to see them up 1. Then I watched the rest of the game. An amazing comeback by the Wildcats....amazing.

After I lost $7K on the Superbowl and then having a horrible day in the NBA yesterday, I finally hit a large parlay....Gonna cash out $10K and play with the rest. No more parlays for a while though!
