Place is a drunken mess of 21 year olds every year. I was there again yesterday and people were getting served 2 drinks at a time that couldn't even stand. I'm surprised year after year nobody has been killed yet.

I was there and didn't notice anybody doing it until very late in the day. Crowd was pretty tame in my opinion. Most care more about the concert than the races
