IP address is only from where you post from. There are other ways to mask your identity I am sure of that. I wouldn’t put 100% belief in vpn being the only way. Cant be so certain that you know who someone is just because they provided a name and aren’t using a vpn . He wants to get into a contest here but only wants to pay by bitcoin?
