I would play Penn State at a TD or less, and Iowa if it somehow goes up to 9 or 10, which it probably won't do. I think the Nittany Lions are well aware that this is the last major hurdle between them and an undefeated season. They are coming off a bye, so they should be well rested, ready to play, and well focused too. They won't letdown here and give Iowa an easy cover. Iowa is going to have to take a solid effort from Penn State and find a way to cover.
If Iowa were a good passing team, i'd probably play the Hawkeyes at this price. But, Iowa is so dependent on the running game, and I would be very surprised if their OL gets much done against the PSU front seven. I think Iowa will really struggle to move the ball in this one.
Last year this game was a total, utter mismatch in Happy Valley. Iowa couldn't move the ball for shit. And while Iowa is much better this year, so is penn state.

Ok...this dude really is a moron. Which means this will be my last post to him. Forget all other 8 games where they are avg about 46 points a game. Forget the top 10 defense giving up about 11 points a game. You want to focus on 1 game against Ohio State at the shoe...where they have lost a total of 3 times in 7 years? So now suddenly, Ohio State is the best thing since sliced bread. Give me a break. If it wasn't for the gift fumble, penn state is ranked somewhere in the teens right now. And as a common trend i've seen among big 10 homers, you somehow misplace high scoring games as being bad defenses. Not so fast my friend, it's actually stellar offenses (ie: look at the all the heisman frontrunners this year) that are dominating the defenses. Big 10 teams will get owned this bowl season. And I'm actually hoping Penn State makes the title game, so i can win a lot of money on their opponent.
