I got got burned last year betting the Buckeyes -13 in that contest... Thought they would roll penn state, but they didn't... You're right it went OT. I really want to play this game large for pen state but it goes against my thoughts on hackenberg. He's soooooo bad... And their offense is sketchy, hit or miss..... I'm really wanting to dump a 4* play on the nittany Lions because this is an intense rivalry game with two good defenses... Hard for me to believe. They would let it get past 18 points
I hate betting on my team (psu) but I think the money line has huge value in this game...not saying thy will win but think it has value...last year penn state should have won the game in regulation , the officials handed OSU an interception that was obvious to everyone in the stadium that it hit the ground but they said the replay truck wasn't getting feed...don't see how they couldn't just look at the 10 million dollar high def screen on each side of the stadium lolol then they gave OSU a field goal after the play clock expired for literally 3-4 seconds, which would have put them back 5 yards and they would have ended up punting instead of trying the long fg.....
this year, OSU hasn't looked like #1 team, they have struggled early with teams they shouldn't struggle at all with. PSU is coming together on offense and their D is very good...not to mention the DC is one of the best in the business.
if the stud rb Barkley comes back this week, I feel they have a legit chance to win, he is an absolute difference maker in the offense

Aside des from all of that I've been waiting for the Buckeyes to explode and finally come together as a team but I don't think they have. The new OC has really caused some identity problems for them and they still can't figure out who their QB is... It's now my feeling that neither QB has a lot of confidence because urban is rotating them out. Had Barrett been the starter from the get go I think Ohio state would have been killing people. I think cardale is a reincarnation of Jamarcus Russell. He will flop in the NFL as well. He just doesn't see the defense well and can't read coverages. Everyone want to gawk over a cannon for an arm and a guy who is 6'5 250 but that doesn't mean shit.....
ill ll have to think about this game a lot. Osu needs a complete performance more than any team in the country but I'm not sure they get it this week.

nobody is taking into account that this team has not played a single game beyond the PA border. it's Oct 16 and today will be the first time they were on an airplane let alone in a different state.
that plus a horrible offensive line, shaky qb, and basically out-manned in every position? no thanks.
while the nitter fan believes they should have won in regulation last year they were also pretty close to getting blown out and that 2014 team was better defensively than this group that can barely beat army.
don't forget it was 17-0 when OSU threw the pick 6 which completely changed that game. then later they threw another INT which led to the next TD after Bosa took a terrible roughing the passer on 2nd and 20. just like that it was 17-14 and state penn didn't do anything to earn those 14 pts.
