when you make a depoist by credit card,is it normal to have to send a copy of your license and credit card before you get a payout?

Yes it is . they have to prove it is u and that it is your card

that just don't seem safe sending a license and your card number,what is a safe way to do payouts?they told me it would have to be by check,thanks.
