Been divorced for like 10 years, had some bullshit week on, week off parenting plan. That lasted a couple years, then my c--t ex only saw our kids like 4 times a month. Then about 3 years ago, she moved about an hour away and has seen my youngest son like 3 times since. Went to court when she moved to try to get the parenting plan changed and get some child support. Magistrate denied it. If the situation was reversed I would have to pay her about $1000 a month, no questions asked. We make almost exactly the same salary. To make matters worse magistrate who heard case recently got suspended/terminated. Can't find out what for tho. Shit's catching up with me. About to start gambling and/or drinkink heavily. just kidding..sort of.
Sorry you are in this spot. I looked into maybe six months ago and didn't come up with anything. I live in Pa. and I guess alot of those places can't do business there. I still get email from those places , etc and I am kind of glad that I didn't find anything that I thought was even somewhat 'reputable'.
Great idea about Craigslist. Just looked. Several here today wanting help loading a UHaul to move. One is less than 2 miles from my house. $12/hr cash, or $50 minimum. Not bad. I see these a few times a week. I mulched an older ladies yard for cash off Craigslist at the start of Spring. Great gig, and she paid me more than I quoted her. I'm sure she will now call again for more work.

Yep, I told her $10 a hour as I don't like taking advantage of people, but she paid me almost $20. I went ahead and dug 2 holes and planted a crepe myrtle and a rose bush for her too. I've now done 2 other yards if you need to know. Word of mouth in a neighborhood goes a long way...
Excellent thought about craigslist..thanks all. Been doing some research on this. There's a payday place not too far from where I live. On Monday, I can get a check for $478, and have to pay back $506 on Friday. That's not too bad. But they do charge $28 if I want to cash it right there. On the other end of the spectrum, I saw this online site that lent $1000 and you would end up paying like $5500 in like 18 months or something. That's some wild shit.
Avoid payday loans, I know for a fact that many of those on line shops have moved Overseas due to many states passing bills to regulate the interest rate applied by these places, that way the contract is regulated by this other countries where there is no regulation on rates. Not only this is the down side, but these places need and will ask for all your personal info, including complete social security, which, on the black market, is worth a lot of money. So just stay away from them

maybe you can get what you need from him / her and they take repayment through weekly payroll withholdings
