wow, my Ravens were a couple of botched plays and bad 3rd/4th down management form making it this year and they are 20-1? That's worth 500 just for the fun of it....thanks

Eagles 6-1? Please.

My sentiments exactly. I couldn't believe Philly was 6-1 when teams like the Ravens, Texans, Saints and 49ers had higher odds.

Personally, I really like Texans at 12-1. If they had stayed healthy this season they had a shot to win it all.

I'll bet if you shop arund you can do far better than these odds--just a few examples of how the opeing prices differ with the books here is Australia:

SD 30/1 (not 12's)
Det 30/1 (not 18s)
NYG 14/1 (not 8s)
Phi 10/1 (not 6s)
Dal 30/1 (not 20s)
Hou 14/1 (not 12s)
Pit 14/1 (not 6s)

in other words, i would not be snapping up those early quotes above.....Det & SD 30/1 interest me--both have issues no doubt but if they make a few moves both could improve quickly....was hopeing for a bit better Hou as you have to figure they keep progressing.

Wow 20-1 for the Ravens. What total disrespect this team gets, year after year.

Do they (Ravens) hae any room for improvement or upside though? i thought this was their real shot this year (i had something on them too) but not sure they'll get any better.

As long as the ravens have ray rice and a good defense they will be in the playoffs. Hopefully the ravens can get some damn receivers that catch the ball. Lee Evans will be cut!!!

guys,

what teams have shortened in price for the SB in light of draft moves, & new signings?

Here in Australia i have seen Detroit 20/1, Cinci 30/1 & Denver 16/1 all shorten a little.

saw 33/1 Chicago which seems decent value.

I personally think Brady will never even sniff another superbowl. He had his chance last year and they didn't come through. At the same time being an Eagles fan, on paper we have all the parts but one to make a run. Unfortunately It's the most important position. When Vick gets hurt at least we don't have that dingdong Vince Young coming in this year..
