The run ends when Bill B and Brady leave. As a dolphins fan, I CANNOT wait!!

however the pats run is still ongoing although I think they do not make the super bowl this year if they don’t get a first rd bye

Bill and Tom could leave and the Pats still would probably win the AFC East. That's how pathetic it has been during their reign.

This thread is about the end of their NFL Dynasty. Not their AFC East Dynasty.

LOL. Ok.

Let's make sure to lose 5 games so we have to go on the road in the playoffs. Where Tom is 1-4 on the road the past 5 times he has played a road playoff game. And now at 41 years of age and with a team with less talent.

Just to make others think we aren't good and they will overlook us.

Ok. Great plan.

Of course they’re not losing games to make teams overconfident. But I do think history shows people underrating the Patriots when they’re not playing well, and then they tend to prove doubters wrong.

I don’t think they’ll have to go on the road in the playoffs. And if they do,it’ll be against a team let by a young QB and a coach who has a tendency to shit the bed in the playoffs

Maybe retarded fans would underestimate them. But not one single coach or player in the NFL is going to underestimate Tom, Bill, and the Patriots.

If anyone believes that, they need to stop betting football immediately.

Where the hell you been Bar? Haven't seen you here or across any street lately. Maybe not looking hard enough.

The KR-driven ferris wheel of fun is as fun as ever. Of course one's version of fun can be quite different than another's.

And this Patriot thing isn't really a strong take. I think most people outside of New England can see that this year is different. I would be very surprised if they make it to the big game this year. This team just isn't the same.

I am 99% retired from forumville....only poking in over past month to snarkily smirk at the wheels coming off trumpco

Yah, Pats lack of any legit rushing game puts it all on brady and bill's D....a bit like Peyton's last year in Denver but the Broncs had more D and a very legit rush game.

I think the Chargers or Texans shove thru, especially if they get first round bye.

Well, enjoy the 99% retirement. These posting careers can really be a grind.

And go Chargers.

Hahahaha, no, it's not over, not just yet

It's obvious you're punch drunk, gloating because a team is 9-5 and will finish 11-5.

We need people to hate them, how else can they achieve 60% ATS during the best run in NFL history.

I'm not one who worries about the little stuff like losing a game or even 5 games, I enjoy the ride and my eyes are always focused on the big prize.

They're in the mix, yet again, that's all a fan really wants. Can't completely dominate every year

As a Boston fan all around, the last 15+ years have been fucking incredible. I don't care if any of the teams ever win again in my lifetime, I'm happy.
Does that answer your question? Of course you were just trolling and looking for reactions, we know that.

Red Sox: 2004, 2007, 2013, 2018

Boston fans have been incredibly spoiled the past 15 years. No doubt.

It's weird to look at the Pats run and see that they had 10 years between Super Bowl wins. It doesn't seem like it was that long. Still one of the greatest runs in not only NFL history, but sports history. Especially if you consider the day and age we live in with free agency and parity.

Don't you live in Texas? Why do you root for Boston teams? Originally from there?

Good to see some Pats fans can recognize this is just good natured fun. You've basically had bragging right for 15 years.

For that reason watching the fall from grace will be extra sweet for New England haters.

They're still a fav to get 1st rd bye in the playoffs as of right now and they would be on Houston's side of the bracket whereas Pitt/LAC/KC would have to beat each other up.

They got some legitimate issues with guys aging but they're in the hunt. Not exactly the Spurs here.

This is pretty amazing. What's even more amazing is that Brady went 10 years without a SB win. O/c, the bottom line is basically every year they have a shot to win it all, but the fact of going 10 years without a ring.... just shows you how tough the NFL is even with probably the best dynasty ever.

I'd have to say the end is near. Not b/c of being a hater and such, but it's just a question of time. It's like Federer. He does not have 4 more years in his body to be at the top level. They've gone well beyond any normal expectation. So the time is near the end for both Brady and Federer.... that's just biology. Probably 4 more years max for each.

However, can Bellicheck work his magic after Brady? That is the real question. No matter how great he is, in the NFL you've got to have a very good QB. If he can get a pro bowl level QB..... maybe Bellicheck can keep winning until he's 200 years old.
