Riley will stay on as Team President, in other words the boss. His replacement on the bench is long time assistant Stan Van Gundy, who will continue mosts of Riley's philosophy of defense first and offense second. How well the new Heat players, like Lamar Odom react remains to be seen. Interesting game coming on Nov. 11th at Houston, when Van Gundy will face his brother Jeff, new head coach of the Houston Rockets. Bottom line imo. good move by Riley, and the best thing for the Heat long term.
