I used to go to footballinsider for preseason lines and related data, but they don't have preseason stats anymore. I had to manually enter them from Northcoasts scorebook (Whose accuracy is very questionable!). I couldn't find a preseason archive anyplace.
If someone knows a place, I'd also like to know.

There are boxscores for preseason games at ESPN.com. Back to 2000 I believe, not complete by any means, but it's a start. I used to have a link to a good NFL lines database, but can't find it now. Not sure if preseason was included, but regular season was pretty decent. Wish I could find that damn link!
you can figure out the past lines with this back to like 96 i think.
you have to do a little math though. click on each team on that page and it will show you their results, and by how many ats points they did or didnt cover.

The Feist site has scores, lines, even box scores, injury reports and weather, going back to 1998.

Just click on NFL Football, and put the date range of 7/15 to 9/7 or thereabouts to make sure you get the full pre-season for that year.
Clicking on details gives you the box score, etc.
Some of the detail stuff only goes back to 99-00.

i did a little more digging in my records and have found some good news and some bad news.
i know i keep records on everything, i'm a stat freak in the nfl as far as handicapping, lines,etc..
i knew i would have every spread for every game in the nfl including preseasons because i project scores for them all since 77, believe it or not.
the good news is i found my archives, the bad news is that the boxes containing the years 92 through 2000 are unacounted for, probably lost in the move.( needless to say, if i don't find them i'm going to kill everyone involved in the move), anyway, i have found every spread and outcome from 1985-1991 and from 2001-2002 for preseason.
i'll continue to search for the missing 10 year box.
as far as the regular season, no problem from 1985 through today.
anything specific you need let me know.
