They should make DQ's and suspensions for these type of instances.

There aren't as many honest options as you might think.

Prof that video just proves how these jockeys cheat. It's hard enough to pick winners, PARX must suspend these jockeys ASAP.

It ain't just PARX. They've just gotten the most press lately.
I haven't found a single track in North America that is free from cheats.
It's another aspect that needs to be accounted for when handicapping. Both, jocks and trainers.
It's easier to track low-end cheats and tactics from high-end cheats.
I'd put LA at #1 (easily), then TX, then PA.

You can only cheat if it's against the rules and as Paulick stated as of now there are not. I know of no track in the US where we as bettors have control of what happens when the gates open. I have made a nice living betting Parx since 2000. Do NY bettors cry when the Ortiz brothers play their games and when jocks ride 52 quarters and 116 for 3/4quarters in turf races and nobody moves until the stretch. If one can't accept the randomness of the game then maybe it's time to change sports.

Lt1 it's NOT the randomness it's the BLATANT cheating. You can keep this corrupt track, between the Guerrerro Family and now this anyone betting real money at this track is a complete moron.

2 guys here handicap Parx on a regular basis. Chakee and LT. If I'm playing that track I do check to see what they have posted. I won't blanket tail them but I might take another look at a horse they like as well and be more likely to include their key horse.

Frankly both seem to do very well there, which is 100% all that counts. The rest of this nonsense is just noise

I thank you for your opinion, I'm just showing something that did happen yesterday at Parx. I for one am done with that track forever.

Once again it is not cheating if there is no rule against it. How about jockeys opening up the rail when their horse is running out of gas so another with a horse full of run wants that path. Jerry Bailey alludes to it in his dvds and this happens on a regular basis. Is that cheating allowing a competitor to go pass you while your horse backs up or are you suppose to ride until the end of the race. And how about races where the jocks ride to keep another on a big horse like AP from winning while costing themselves a chance to win. The list goes on and on so I submit there is no perfect track out there. Everyday you hear the jock stiffed my horse etc. So yes you can avoid Parx but I doubt you will find your horsey heaven. I wish you luck in your search for the Holy Grail of horse racing.

The "boutique" meets such as Keeneland Spring/Fall are perfect betting opportunities. You appear to favor a track where corruption runs rampant. The Guerrerro's are worse than Rudy & Jacobson. Lisa Gurrerro win % was 4% then he brother got barred all of a sudden she's a 25% trainer.
So continue your patronage of a track that takes out almost 30% on triples, and jockeys that blatantly go wide, bury the horse on the dead rail and now pass whips to each other.

Funny you mention boutique meets which are run strictly for the muckie mucks and the betting public takes it on the chin. And how exactly did your foray at Sar, Kee, and Del Mar go this yr go. Racing is series of random events no matter where it takes place. As for Lisa I believe Juan is her husband and she started to train after he was banned and his brother was the 4% trainer who improved greatly. So yes I will continue to play Parx every chance I get.

Boutique meets for the "mucky mucks" really?? Keeneland Spring/Fall meets are short and generally showcasing today's & tomorrow's potential racing stars.
Please expound how the bettors "take it on the chin?"
Keeneland Spring I turned a slight profit, Saratoga I didn't do well. Del Mar I played very little this year.

Please continue to help build the Parx Casino playing some of the biggest takeouts in North America. I will NEVER again make a wager at this track, just as I've avoided Churchill Downs since they raised there takeouts last year.

Sam Houston for instance has a very low take out, I just worry about the state of Texas racing it's on very fragile ground.

Here's a FACT for you "doubters" to ponder:

Ortega the jockey that GAVE his whip away just four months ago was found riding with a buzzer. So why is he still allowed to ride at Parx?

Ahem .... you've just listed some of the worse tracks for mutual swindling and shenanigans.
I know bettors tend to turn a blind eye because then they'd have to admit they've been scammed.
Takeout comparison is sound in theory, but accidentally or ignorantly betting into a fixed race blows-up a takeout.
Not arguing, just pointing out you must keep your eyes and mind open with any track you attempt.
Race fix to win is no different than something like what PulledClear refers to as "Rudy tutti on the dump".
