Say Panam is telling the truth and eventually does pay everyone off, all done say 10 days from now. Just who is going to play there after that? What kind of bonus and reduced vig would it take for people here to take a chance with them?

I dont think they could offer me enough to play there in the next 365 days.

i might just be a big enough bonus whore to go right back to them

i would never play there. i dont care if they pull it off.

they should be in here keeping everyone posted, i dont give a shit, if they dont kknow what is going on. then come in here and say it, and quit with the bullshit excuses. its getting old already.

we are dealing with peoples hard earned money. i feel if it really is the investors, then come in here and say you have no fu#king clue when it will be resolved. quit candy coating it, and get in here and give an explanation. if i had money there, i would be down right pissed.

hell, i am very pissed for all the players that have money there. this is a learing experiece for me, dont trust anyone(even the shrink) if they say a book is solid. a long payout history and solid reputation for at least 365 days of no slow pay history would be a plus

this utterly disgust me, i wish everyone the best and hope everyone is paid.

but i would never give a dime to this shit book after this shit. the have abused us as players and taken advantage of us, and make us look like the dumb ass, all while there sitting back in panama having a superbowl party, collecting deposits, and stiffing you guys.

Bill, I would certainly play there again if this works out. I do not need any bonuses. I would play there if the vig remained 108. I would not send any amount that I am afraid to lose.

I would play there after some time passed and they showed this problem is unlikely to repeat itself.

I like Panam and their staff, but it seems foolish not to error on the side of caution.

Listen, this is a question that really shouldn't be explored at this time. Not while players money is still at risk.

What if the consensus opinion here is "no"? How will that affect Panam's payout decisions?

This thread if it elicited honest responses, would be a real disservice to those stuck at present.

For their sake it should be deleted.

Not unless someone like Olympic bought them out. I don't have anywhere near the cash some have at this place, but I'll be damned if I shy away from saying that unless that were to happen, they'll never see a cent of my money again. I'm not going to crawl on my knees in the hopes that if I don't piss them off then MAYBE I'll be able to get MY money back from them. Point is, if you're petting a dog and it bites your finger off, you don't pet that dog again, because if you lose another digit, it's your fault, not the dog's.

What is so horrible about it? I was just curious to see what people would say. All we see in this forum is mostly pissed off people that are willing to talk louder than others. I wanted to ask a simple question and get a pulse of how most people felt. I do see the point, to a degree, of it potentially changing the likelihood of payouts, but as I suspected what we see here are people that are willing to give them another chance at some point.

While we all can think about how important we are, let us not lose touch with reality. Sports books might read and think a little about what we say here, but none of them are going to let business decisions be made by a posting forum's opinion. That much I know to be true.

The more information they share with us about the true goings on, the higher the likelihood I will stay on with them. Silence usually happens when it is more advantageous than telling the truth, and that's why it's not a good sign. It's still better than lying, though.

I am sure if you have money at panam than this post is just another unhappy reminder that you don't need. However it is a legitimate question.

I don't have an account with panam and never will under current ownership and management. The fact is they stole the customers post-up. Taking bets and deposits without the ability to pay is stealing and I cannot see it any other way.

General I don't understand how you can write in good conscience that you would play here again? Especially considering the fact that you are a moderator whose opinions are most likely well regarded by many readers.

2006. Point taken, but I stand by this, which I have for a Long time.

Never have more money deposited in ANY Sportsbook than you can afford to have stolen from you today. If you will suffer financially with this money being stolen, then get it out NOW.

I do not have a penny offshore that I would lose sleep over if it were stolen today. Play within your means and make sure the home and family are taken care of 1st.
