A drunken Lancaster man was thrown out of the Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course twice in one night, state police said.
James Alan Martzall Jr., 44, no address given, was first removed from the casino in East Hanover Township, Dauphin County, just before midnight on Friday, police said.
When security guards asked Martzall to leave the casino because he was "visibly intoxicated," he kicked a guard in the leg and ran outside, police said.
Troopers were called and found Martzall several minutes later, hiding in the front lawn of the casino.
Martzall was charged with harassment and public drunkenness and told he was not allowed back in the casino for 30 days, police said.
But several hours later, casino security spotted Martzall back inside the building and playing blackjack, police said.
Martzall again ran from security guards but was found a short time later hiding in a friend's car that was in the casino's parking garage, police said.
Martzall was also cited for criminal trespass.
