They got a lucky INT in great field position, on a fluke pop fly pass from Brees.

So you are wrong again.
Defenses are dead tired in OT, hell in the 4th quarter, and you know it. Both teams should get the ball, at least in the playoffs. I think the tired defenses matter more in football than other sports (again, think of all the last few minute TDs in regulation... QBs get the glory but a lot of it is the defenses are gassed).
KC got screwed, I think the NFL will change the rule, I think it is the only sport where a team does not always get to go on offense in OT (college FB, MLB, NBA, NCAA hoops, NHL, et al).

Laughable response.

The only reason anyone is talking about OT is because the Patriots won. Had KC drove down the field in OT, no one would be talking about how it wasn't fair to the Patriots. More than likely, they would be talking about the demise of the team and Brady.
