My local bookmaker started to offer odds for just 2 teams

Golden state over 67.5 wins -111
Oklahoma over 46.5 wins -105

When I first observed GSW 67.5 I thought was gift to take this from now , but will they hunt new record and next year??
Cause in case they have 10-11 loses and remains 10 games maybe they will start to rest players..

OKC under 46.5 wins is solid

probably around a neutral EV bet if Westbrook doesn't get traded. Good chance he gets dealt before the season though.

So I decided to don't risk either of these 2..
I will wait 2-3 months more and will decide... Hmm maybe and KD under 26.0 PPG seems good (-111 odds)

P.S : Last year I was impressed from Blazers games and I am wondering why they are 12th favourite for west conference.. After PHX , SAC and DEN
