If you meant that literally, I should inform you that I am not a Caucasian.

this is a narrative on society not you - apologize if it read that way. i suppose if you are African American and still support conservative ideas you will be a target. Plan an escape route is all i can recommend.

I choose not to get caught up in propaganda also. Despite the fact that Houston (one example) had 60,000 people that protested, their population is over 2.3 million (less than 3% of their population was protesting). Don't get too caught up with the media show. Many cities had considerably less people protesting. The majority is still not in favor of these tactics despite the news running this crap 24/7. If somehow they were able to continue their momentum until November (I doubt it), it will be over after the election. Most of this BS is just political nonsense.

That's not the point of my comment. The fact is these protesters are a small minority of the population (regardless of the media coverage) . No escape route necessary.

I get your point and its a good one and I agree.

But if media is basically saying its ok for 60,000 to protest then its ok to fill up NFL stadiums again.

Clearly that should be the case. But as we both know, that does nothing for their narrative so it's not OK.

Hopefully this trend continues however there is a pretty good article by the Atlantic that points out that Coronavirus related deaths usually lag behind infections by a couple of weeks. Definitely something to keep an eye on.

The one statistic that has yet to turn in the wrong direction, thankfully, is deaths. National deaths continued to fall this week, averaging fewer than 500 a day. But the pace of their decline has slowed. It’s still too early to know whether deaths will keep decreasing in the next few weeks, but the early signs are not good. There will always be an inherent lag between a rise in coronavirus cases and an associated rise in coronavirus deaths: On average, 14 days pass between someone experiencing the first symptoms and someone dying, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In Arizona, where COVID-19 cases started surging about two weeks ago, deaths have begun to increase. The state reported 267 new deaths in the past week, an all-time high.”

14 days ago there were over 31,000 new cases which is actually more cases then back in April when we were having over 2000 deaths per day

I wholeheartedly expect all numbers to come up over the next 2 weeks (including deaths) and I believe it will be because of one group of people...the protesters. With everything these people have planned for this weekend, how could they not. It's just amazing for all the talk about others being selfish, this group is the worse bare none. They don't give a fuck about anyone but their cause.

One study many doctors are following is the Stanford study as that one has been pretty accurate. They are saying simply the virus is mutating a bit but the strain is much weaker and less deadly than the earlier one and it will continue to get weaker as time goes on as they say this is following the SARS one years ago.

We are now at 313 deaths for the latest week in the entire US. Yet here we are cowering in fear in places like Texas and Arizona. Thank god for Florida governor for not caving.

I Think you will be pleasantly surprised that to find out that the death rate will probably not spike despite the higher reported cases .
I already have enough data to be comfortable making that statement

Let’s not put fake stats in here .

Your numbers are off .

We still had almost 3500 deaths total in the last 7 days . Not 313

I'm only referring to Texas (that's all I track and am well aware of our numbers).
