OT:: What is the best program(s) for burning DVD's?

I used to use dvd shrink with nero.

Nero I use DVD decrypter and Alcohol 120% for some more exotic maneuvers with PS2 games, but Nero is it for burning random shit, DVD's and most ISO images.

DVD shrink is free, as is dvd decryptor...you might have to pay for nero.
