OT- What is a good name for a puppy

Apparently I just adopted a new puppy from the pound. My girl and my sister felt as though I needed a pick me up since I have been sad since I had to put down my American Bulldog last Friday as she had cancer and the Chemo was not working. I have been preparing to lose my 15 year old Shepard mix as she is on her last legs, but this really took me by surprise when she went from absolutly healthy to being put to sleep in 2 weeks. So anyways, they both know that I do not advocate buying dogs from a breeder with all the dogs that are euthanised each day at shelters becayse of over population, so they went to the pound today got me a new little girl. She is a Catahoula and Pit Bull mix and I am to pick her up Monday after she is spayed. She is about 8 weeks I guess.

With football around the corner, I want to name her something gambling related, any suggesttions?

Congratulations- You just picked up a 15 year commitment and a heartbreak at the end...

My advice:

Do not rush to name the dog..The dog will be fine without a name 7-10 days..Give it thought and lots of times the animal will do things to help name itself..

Do not chose more than 1 or 2 syllables

Chose a name that if you have to yell it half way down the block you do not look like an ass hole..Congrats and God bless-The Menace
