I remember the bonus levels the best, you had to catch flies with chopsticks and break ice bars. I do remember one level where you were in Okinawa during a huricane.

How about Kidd Nikki? Cheesey ninja game but had great graphics and was fun as hell, there was also another Kungfu game where you were a monkey and it was sort of like an RPG, cant remember the name though.
