Does anyone know what's the best and easiest way to get a background check on potential tenants? And how much it cost? Thanx

Your agent can run a credit report for you for under $20.

Other than that just call the work, landlord and personal reference listed on their rental application.

you should charge them for the cost, typically landlord's charge between $25-50
