I was a hardcore skater back in high school. I will be sure to check this one out. Another good skater movie/documentary to check out is Stoked: The Rise and Fall Of Gator.

Ho's....I think I remember from previous posts that we are about the same age? Did you ever skate at The Big O in Orange or The Concrete Wave in Anaheim?
I friggin' loved the Big O as a kid. I was a little to young for some of the pools & 3/4 pipe but that place was awesome before they built the water slides. Ironically, it was the water slide accidents that eventually led to them being shut down.
I'd give anything to have my old Santa Cruz 'Duane Peters' deck back.

I grew up near the Yorba Linda area and me and my friends were automotive challenged so our boards and sometimes the bus took us almost everywhere. I was more or less a street skater (loved the launch ramps) so we would find anyplace to skate like schools, shopping centers, businesses and apartment and condo complexes. Anyplace that had curbs, handrails and stairs would occupy us for hours. I remember this one church in Placentia near Imperial Highway and Rose used to have a couple of half-pipes there and twice a week the Pastor would allow us locals to go skate there for a few hours and then afterwards he would give us a little bible talk. Pretty cool of the guy to do that for us during a time when the whole world hated skaters.
H-Street and Bones Brigade ruled!!! I still miss saving my lunch money everyday so I could buy a new Ray Allen H-Street deck every other month.
Suicidal Tendencies is my favorite band of all times. Mike Muir was a badass!!! Of course the best band ever is Pink Floyd but the skate rock got me amped up. I even went as far as to convert some of my old Powell Peralta Bones Brigade skateboard videos into my ipod just so I can listen to that impossible to find underground music through my ear-buds.
