when i use internet explorer on my laptop, page start load up but once it finish it redirect me to page where it gives me error msg saying "internet explorer warning - visiting this web site may harm your computer!". and underneath it, it has a link where it directs me to buy spyware protect 2009. anyone knows how to fix this??
Looks like this provides a link on how to get rid of this scam spyware which has infected your system, including changing your Home Page to redirect to that message page

spyware protect 2009 is spyware, you're infected
installing this and running the free trial version would be a good start to cleaning it out
