I am losing my job Friday and I have worked in sales most of my career. In between for a few years, I was in radio doing sports and still do traffic on the weekends as part-time job.

I was wondering if any of you have a good resume you would be willing to send me. Obviously, you can remove all your personal information (Name, Address, Phone, Companies worked for).

I have never had a great resume and really need one now, as it becomes more and more difficult at this time find a job.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

Regards,

Bigten

The body of the resume, how it is structured and content of it.

What job do you currently have if you don't mind sharing? And why don't you just "exagerate" on your resume?

go to monster or careerbuilder, they have lots of info on resumes. You really need to do your own, its hard to use some elses as a guide

Just print all of your posts here and send them along with naked pics. Who wouldn't hire you?

bigtendominator - be advised that to go along with a resume you will need to send a cover letter out with it as well. this is just as important as sending out a resume. any company that is worthwhile to work for views this as a must, or they will simply place your resume in the "do not call" pile. so do some research on cover letters, and be sure to make it personal to the company/position you are applying for. any questions ill reply back and good luck in the job search.

sorry to hear about your lose. hopefully you land on your feet soon.

here is a site with sample resumes. http://www.bestsampleresume.com/sales-resumes.html its towards the bottom.

additional resume is bare minimum. unfortunately you are most likely to land a job because of networking, then applying coldly. you need somebody to get you in the interview stage. without that you are basically playing a lottery. in addition to resume, YOU NEED a CV or cover letter. one that specifically addresses the job. example if they say we need qualities 1, 2, 3, you need to mention that. if they say you need experience 1,2,3, you need to say i have this experience 1,2,3 and this what i've accomplished in the cover letter. if you are going to do it, its going to be like a job requiring 2-3 hours per day applying. so dont get down as you may not even get a call for awhile.

once you get the interview, look up videos on google on job interviews. they will give you couple of things you should do. its very helpful what you can find on youtube.

one final note, once the interview is done, send a thank you email. again lookup online samples, but i think like 99% of people don't do this. this will give you an slight edge.

good luck!

That fact that you follow KU athletics makes you a ******. The most overrated College Basketball program in the past 20 years.Roy couldn't win until he got out of hicksville and if they don't win it this year, there is a better chance of Jeff Capel winning a National Title before Bill Selfish

I hope you didn't lose your job because of comments like this??
