went through the same thing, ttinco...when i went to see the Patriots play down in Nashville.
It was drizzling rain...and had about 8 delays...on a two way trip...VERY poor customer service. For a simple three day trip...spent a good half of the trip in the airport. Trust me, it wasnt even raining enough for an umbrella & everyone else was running smooth as can be.
Remember this is the same outfit that kept a plane load of people on a plane for 10 hours, last week...common sense w/ their customer service is lacking.
Be sure to complain to them...they compensated me w/ a voucher for a future trip.
